What will I be responsible for?

Delivers work following standards and guidelines, using proven models or set routines. For example, raising purchase orders, booking hotel accommodation, producing supporting documentation, answering general enquiries via email/telephone, filing, archiving and maintenance of records, arranging meeting logistics, providing support to site based staff

What decision/change authority will I have?

Is expected to make recommendations to improve the efficiency of set routines or work schedules

Who will I work with?

Interacts mostly with their immediate peers and supervisors

What projects/people will I lead?

Uses resources available to deliver the outputs efficiently and on time

What technical expertise will I need?

Good computer literacy, verbal and written communication skills

What experience will I need?

Entry point for those with clerical experience or A level student school leavers or equivalent, likely to have started studying for a recognised apprenticeship qualification
