What will I be responsible for?

Delivers work following standards/ specification and guidelines, using proven models or set routines

What decision/change authority will I have?

Is expected to make recommendations to improve the efficiency of set routines or work schedules

Who will I work with?

Interacts mostly with their immediate peers and supervisors

What projects/people will I lead?

Uses resources available to deliver the outputs efficiently and on time
May deputise for Supervisor if required

What technical expertise will I need?

Requires good technical understanding of role requirements, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of H&S and safe working practices. Strong customer care focus

What experience will I need?

Entry point for soft services role. Good communication skills, ability to work effectively as a member of the team, good time management skill. Excellent customer service skills
