What will I be responsible for?
Leads one of Mitie's top client accounts. Sets the culture of the business within the account. Develops strategy and direction. Leads the senior management of the account. Manages financial and physical resources
What decision/change authority will I have?
Day to day financial control of the account including: development of the account in line with stated objectives; payment of staff and suppliers; adherence to requisite legislation
Who will I work with?
Manages key internal and external stakeholder relationships – engage senior managers across a number of complex and significant finance/business issues. Drive overall client engagement across projects
What projects/people will I lead?
Responsible for leading operations teams to use best practices with the resources available to them to optimise the contract structure and to ensure they fulfil statutory and regulatory responsibilities. Determining company policies with regard to QHSE and ensuring that these are communicated and understood
What technical expertise will I need?
Track record of setting strategic direction for section of the business or functional area. Significant external relationship management experience. Business orientated and commercially astute; understands the sector and its clients; in-depth knowledge of group interdependencies
