What will I be responsible for?
Provides administrative support to the sales team by dealing with invoices, chasing overdue payments and monitoring ongoing sales. First point of contact for the team
What decision/change authority will I have?
Is expected to make recommendations to improve the efficiency of set routines or work schedules
Who will I work with?
Interacts mostly with their immediate peers, managers and customers
What projects/people will I lead?
Uses resources available to deliver outputs efficiently and on time. Actively participates in any sales objectives as issued. Utilises and maintains client records management systems. Monitors client database to assess client trends and trading patterns which occur within designated area
What technical expertise will I need?
Solid Excel skills; basic accounting knowledge
What experience will I need?
Good all-round administrative abilities including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Will I need formal qualifications?
Certificated in the use and operation of InDesign
