What will I be responsible for?

Is able to drive sales across the region, manage existing commercial relationships and develop new business. Primary function is to obtain a profitable mix of opportunities and (whenever possible) orders for all of the services offered by the company. These opportunities and orders are to be generated from within the individually assigned geographical area, which is to be developed by concentration on potential, profitable business within both current and new accounts. Able to oversee and contribute to the content and design of bids and demands the highest standards

What decision/change authority will I have?

The degree of success is measured by the quality as well as the quantity of the opportunities obtained which culminate in achieving the designated targets of the business

Who will I work with?

Interacts with internal and external stakeholders, Operations Directors, Operations Managers, Contracts Managers. Ability to build relationships at all levels. Liaises with other departments within the company in order to aid understanding of clients’ expectations, help in the conversion process of a genuine opportunities, and with the maintenance of a sales focused mentality within the company. Submits reports to line manager as required on activities along with schedule of opportunities expected in the period for senior management

What projects/people will I lead?

Uses resources available to deliver outputs efficiently and on time. Actively participates in any sales objectives as issued. Utilises and maintains client records management systems. Monitors client database to assess client trends and trading patterns which occur within designated area

What technical expertise will I need?

Ability to conduct sales within the business portfolio fully in accordance with the demands of BS EN ISO 9001:2000

What experience will I need?

Excellent communication skills and strong influencing and persuasion skills at all levels. Successful B2B sales track record. Demonstrable ability to identify profitable opportunities and deliver solutions

Will I need formal qualifications?

ISO 9000:2001
Proven sales track record
