What will I be responsible for?
Provides and delivers a comprehensive HR advisory service to managers (and employees) in line with company policies and procedures, legislation and best practice
What decision/change authority will I have?
Has the ability to challenge and influence key decision makers and is assertive and confident in approach. Is expected to make contributions to impove part of a current system, standard or process
Who will I work with?
Builds strong professional relationships with operational managers, wider HR team
What projects/people will I lead?
Able to identify training needs and coach team members
What technical expertise will I need?
Articulate in both written and verbal communication. Computer literate. Preferably educated to degree level
What experience will I need?
HR advisory experience at a senior level and demonstrable experience of managing complex ER issues such as TUPE and pensions issues, redundancies and dismissals, and change cycles
