What will I be responsible for?

To own all Mitie Service delivery across entire account. Ensure all services deliver to standard by Mitie Service leads. Ensure client satisfaction through regular interface with senior stakeholders. Lead and manage a team of Senior FMs and other resources (such as workplace management, administration, and project managers). Ensure that all operations are run safely and efficiently to the required standard. Initiate and lead Account objectives and initiatives alongside the account director. Develop and improve services and account profitibility through management of all operations. Set the operational culture of the account

What decision/change authority will I have?

Is expected to recruit, lead and develop the team. Expected to seek opportunities to introduce additional Mitie services, or improve exisiting service. Expected to initiate and sign off on initiatives and projects to improve operations

Who will I work with?

Own relationships with all key service leads. Recruit, develop and lead all IFM operational staff. Lead all operational staff by example, setting the standard for the account

What projects/people will I lead?

Control resources to achieve quality of service whilst keeping within budget and time constraints. Recruit, lead and develop the team. Initiate and lead account and client projects to the benefit of the account

What technical expertise will I need?

Demonstrates strong judgement/aptitude, ability to delegate tasks, interpret results and review work of others. Ability to operate at a strategic level with the client to foster a strong relationship between the client and Mitie as 'Trusted Advisor'

What experience will I need?

Have working knowledge of all account services. Significant experience working with a client to achieve strategic goals across a range of services. Experience setting and implementing cultural change programs. Experience with commercial and operational management of smaller multi service accounts

Will I need formal qualifications?

Foundation Degree in FM or equivalent qualification BIFM Level 5 – Facilities Management
