Sector Director

What will I be responsible for?

Responsible for coordinating all IFM accounts within an industry sector (Commercial, Utility, Public). Champions the Leadership Framework

What decision/change authority will I have?

Manages the division's budget by monitoring contracts, reviewing, scheduling and authorising expenditures and analysing variances. Involved in strategic planning, resource, human resources, leadership techniques, production methods and co-ordination of people and sources

Who will I work with?

Manages senior internal and external relationship which are important for current delivery

What projects/people will I lead?

Is expected to fine tune the operations of the services/systems in order to maximise performance and ensure effective delivery. Act as strategic liason with senior client directors, alongside Account Directors

What technical expertise will I need?

Considerable knowledge of appropriate methods in dealing with individuals and groups. Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work to identify the best people for the job. Significant business experience running a company or division

What experience will I need?

Extensive experience managing increasingly complex and successful FM Accounts for high profile national clients

Will I need formal qualifications?

BA – Facilities Management BIFM Level 5 – Facilities Management or equivalents. Masters in Business Field
