Managing Director

What will I be responsible for?

To Manage all IFM Accounts for Mitie across all sectors. Champions the Leadership Framework

What decision/change authority will I have?

Provides clear direction and leadership. Is expected to retain, develop, and expand portfolio of clients ensuring an in-depth understanding of each client's objectives. To develop the division

Who will I work with?

Lead IFM Board of operational, sales, HR, QHSE, Financial and other representatives

What projects/people will I lead?

Is expected to carry out client top level reviews and regular contact with key stakeholders. Conduct division - level reviews and improvements

What technical expertise will I need?

Ability to communicate and express views to all clients across multi sectors and different levels of seniority. Confident with management information analysis and problem solving. Excellent selling, organisational and commercial awareness

What experience will I need?

Proven track record of developing a multi - service FM business worth worth over £100m to a diverse range of high profile client companies

Will I need formal qualifications?

MBA or other business management qualification BIFM Level 6 – Facilities Management
