Managing Director

What will I be responsible for?

Sets the culture of the business. Develops strategy and direction. Leads the executive/ senior management of the company. Manages financial and physical resources

What decision/change authority will I have?

Day to day financial control of the business including: development of the business in line with stated objectives; payment of staff and suppliers; adherence to requisite legislation

Who will I work with?

Manages key internal and external stakeholder relationships – engage senior managers across a number of complex and significant finance/business issues. Drive overall client engagement across projects

What projects/people will I lead?

Responsible for leading operations teams to use best practices with the resources available to them to optimise the contract structure and to ensure they fulfil statutory and regulatory responsibilities. Determining company policies with regard to QHSE and ensuring that these are communicated and understood

What technical expertise will I need?

Ability to communicate and express views to all clients across multi sectors and different levels of seniority. Confident with management information analysis and problem solving. Good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce. Excellent selling, organisational and commercial awareness skills. Good working knowledge of relevant social care legislation. Understanding of safeguarding and responsibilities
