What will I be responsible for?

To plan and assist the Branch Manager in managing the delivery of all required care services within their assigned area. To maintain effective and positive communication between the local office and the company's administration team, Local Authority departments, private customers and other external agencies. Ensure continuity of care provision through effective contingency plans

What decision/change authority will I have?

Is expected to make contributions to improve part of a current system, standard or process

Who will I work with?

Interacts with a number of cross functional and external contacts in order to deliver quality care provision.

What projects/people will I lead?

Helps to develop other members of their team, or act as a specialist within area of work

What technical expertise will I need?

Strong customer care focus. Good communication skills. Knowledge of H&S and safe working practices. Able to identify and address areas for improvement. Requires ability to use own judgement to deal with non-routine items and act as an escalation point within team, effective verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of safeguarding and responsibilities

What experience will I need?

Sound domiciliary care background/experience
