What will I be responsible for?

To manage the recruitment of carers and branch staff within a defined geographical area, with a focus on ensuring sufficient high quality people to support the operational delivery of services. Includes the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies

What experience will I need?

Has working knowledge of specialised techniques/ processes relevant to area of activity as well as experience of social/healthcare.
