What will I be responsible for?
To manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering a high level of management, developing and growing their business and to maximise revenue opportunities.
What decision/change authority will I have?
Provides clear direction and leadership. Is expected to retain and develop portfolio of clients ensuring an in-depth understanding of each client's objectives
Who will I work with?
Work closely with managed accounts, creating effective communication channels with all client stakeholders, including procurement and finance
What projects/people will I lead?
Is expected to carry out client top level reviews and regular contact with key stakeholders
What technical expertise will I need?
Ability to communicate and express views to all clients across multi sectors and different levels of seniority. Confident with management information analysis and problem solving. Good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce. Excellent selling, organisational and commercial awareness skills
What experience will I need?
Management information analysis experience. Previous account management experience
