What will I be responsible for?
To accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing team
What decision/change authority will I have?
Is expected to identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business and developing field sales action plans

Liaise and network with the business development team and other departments for cross promotional opportunities

Is expected to make recommendations to add or delete resources within their entity to ensure its integrity. Makes authoritative recommendations for new business
What technical expertise will I need?
Requires financial planning, strategy, marketing concepts, positioning, people management, territory management, sales planning and competitive analysis skills
What experience will I need?
Demonstrable marketing experience in commercially focussed environment. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation. Ability to manage projects from inception through to execution
